Every person that I met here was attentive and kind. Dr Gengo was amazing. I had a tooth with a twisted root and he was able to fix it when other dentists couldn't. The technology available is above and beyond a typical dentist office. The quality of work and experience was beyond excellent.

I went to Queen City Endodontics three years ago. Unfortunately, I was compelled to return for another root canal. Not an enjoyable procedure, but having had three root canals so far, I can honestly say if I have to have the procedure this is the practice I will choose. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and efficient. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I have had both doctors do work, and they are awesome! Both explained thoroughly what they were doing and why. The procedure was done in a timely fashion, and both doctors made it clear that were there to be complications they were available 24-7. They also both made follow-up calls to make sure I was okay. I recommend them highly!!!

An active infection in a previously treated tooth was discovered by another dental specialist I was seeing for an unrelated issue. Concerned that the tooth could be at risk if the infection was left untreated, he referred me to Queen City Endodontics for a second opinion. I am incredibly grateful that he did. Dr. Gengo carefully evaluated my tooth and determined that retreatment was possible. Thanks to his expertise, he was able to successfully save my tooth. His skill and professionalism are truly outstanding, but what impressed me just as much was his kindness, honesty, and genuine concern for his patients. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery exceeded all expectations. I experienced only minor soreness afterward, and the gum swelling that had been troubling me was almost completely gone within a day. Dr. Gengo even personally called to check on me after the procedure and let me know that I could contact him 24 hours a day if I had any concerns. That level of dedication and compassion is rare. Queen City was fantastic in every way. I went with them for a root canal, and they made the experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I was seen immediately and had no wait time. A technician named Christina was very personable and calmed me down for a procedure which I was very nervous for. She offered me a pillow, water, and even cake if I wanted it! It was obvious she truly cared and wanted the best for me. Dr. Gengo was exceedingly personable and caring as well, while also doing an excellent job of explaining the procedure in depth and answering all my questions thoroughly and with patience. The procedure was timely and comfortable, so much so that I was almost nodding off during it. I had an absolute 10/10 experience there and would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Gengo and the Queen City Endodontics staff are amazing! I was acknowledged the minute I walked in to the waiting room. I was greeted by everyone behind the desk. Dr. Gengo explained In detail the procedure I was there for. He gave me the opportunity to ask questions and provided specific answers. He also had a friendly and confident assistant. It was obvious to me that they are a great team. The office personnel took care of all the paperwork for my insurance claim in a very prompt manner. In fact, I received a reimbursement check today, just seven days since my procedure. I highly recommend Queen City Endodontics.
